Important Update: VidaXL US Return Policy (Effective December 1, 2023)

No Returns or Refunds Accepted

Starting from December 1, 2023, VidaXL US implemented a significant change to its return policy. Please note that as of this date, VidaXL US will no longer accept returns or issue refunds for any reason whatsoever. This change applies to all VidaXL US accounts, regardless of the circumstances.

12% Discount for US Accounts: As compensation, VidaXL US will provide an additional 12% discount on the regular price for all their products. This discount aims to help you maintain competitive pricing for your customers, considering that no returns and replacements will be accepted anymore.

Updated Customer Service Process:

• VidaXL US will no longer process returns or replacements for any orders.
• Refunds will only be available for orders cancelled before they are shipped (out of stock or customer changes mind). Once the order is shipped, no cancellation or refund will be possible anymore.
• Address changes and inquiries about product and shipping information can still be made.

Orders Placed Before December 1, 2023: Orders placed before December 1, 2023, will follow the previous return and refund policy and are not affected by these changes.

VidaXL US Dropshipping Terms and Conditions (Article 9.1.1): Article 9.1.1 of their Terms and Conditions will be updated to include their new policy on December 1, 2023.

By continuing to use VidaXL services after December 1, 2023, you indicate your acceptance of these revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your business relationship with VidaXL US by removing their products from your store and selling channels immediately.
